Refund policy

Barry the Cactus guarantees that each plant leaves our care in perfect condition.  Please contact us within 48 hours of receipt of your order on help@barrythecactus.com if there is a problem and we will be able to help you. We will replace any items that are faulty or damaged at our discretion if you send us photos of the issue. 

Once your return is authorised please send it back within 5 days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable and you will be responsible for the shipping cost of any returns.
