Cactus Dahlia 'White Star' - dahlia tuber
This cactus dahlia tuber will produce stunning creamy white spikey flowers up to 20cm in diameter. It will reach heights of 120cm and a spread of 80cm so stake with canes if necessary!
- Position: full sun
- Soil: fertile, humus-rich soil
- Plant: Plant outside after frost, or start off in a pot under glass in early spring. Plant horizontally approximately 12cm deep.
- Flowering period: July to October
- Hardiness: half hardy (will need winter protection!)

Fun fact :All dahlia flowers and tubers are edible. The flavours and textures can vary greatly depending on the soil and conditions in which they were grown. Flavours range from water chestnut through to a spicy apple or even carrot!
